Ardapa M tablets are combined with the dapagliflozin and metformin medications that have medicinal properties in treating type 2 diabetes. Dapagliflozin works in the kidneys to prevent the absorption of glucose (blood sugar) and remove excess glucose from the body through urine. Metformin works by lowering sugar production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from the intestines and increasing the body’s sensitivity to insulin. They work together to improve blood sugar regulation.
